  • Try to have at least two pieces of vegetables everyday!
  • Have a piece of fruit for your breakfast!
  • Have a smoothie!
  • Instead of sweets have some fruit or vegetables!
  • At a party have a healthy dinner instead of chips!
  • Try to have your 5 a day!
  • Grow your own vegetables!
  • Bring a healthy lunch to school or work!
  • Squeeze an orange and make orange juice!
