He visited our classrooms and observed some of our pupils demonstrating how they use IT across all curricular areas. The pupils demonstrated 'SCRATCH' computer programming, MS -( Paint, Word, Power Point and Spread sheets), Survey Monkey, Interactive SMART White Board, the Internet as a research tool, many useful websites, the school Blog, Kidblog and Dojo.
He presented the award to Mrs Kelleher (ICT Co-Ordinator) in the GP room in front of the whole school. Minister Cannon was then entertained by our school choir who sang a selection of songs from the 'Peace Proms Cross Border Concert' in which our school had participated in.
